NEGATIVE PRESSURE WOUND THERAPY
Is an active wound closure system that affect the healing factors in acute and chronic wounds and play an active role in shortening the healing time. Indications for use ; Orthopedic Trauma, Soft Tissue Trauma, Skin Grafts, Pressure Ulcers, Leg Ulcers, Diabetic Foot, Burns, Open Abdomen Wounds, Managements of Surgical Infections and Other Surgical Wounds.
The vacuum generated by the negative pressure unit is sent to the wound through the system elements. According to this principle, negative pressure (vacuum) is applied to the wound surface continuously with different pressure values and time intervals.

4 TYPES OF MODES
Continuous Therapy Mode
Continuous Mode is the most common used treatment mode. It treats the wound by constantly working with the adjusted pressure level.
Intermittent Therapy Mode
Intermittent Therapy Mode treats by operating two different adjusted negative pressure values at set time intervals and repeat the transition time cycle according to specified times.
Instilllation Therapy Mode
Instillation Therapy Mode works by sending the desired solution to the wound, at desired intervals and waiting on the wound surface for the specified time during the negative pressure wound treatment.
Intermittent Instillation Therapy Mode
Our new Intermittent Instillation Therapy Mode is combination of intermittent and instillation therapy mode. This Therapy Mode is an effective treatment that provided by applying two different vacuum values to the wound dressing and by washing the wound.
PORTABLE WITH INSTILLATION THERAPY MODE
Confort C500 Npwt Therapy Unit is produced with the latest technology, provides 4 different therapy modes and has a touch screen. The 4th and new Intermittent Instillation Therapy Mode is, which is the first in the world, with the combination of intermittent and instillation therapy mode. C500 is also the first Npwt device in the World that capable of instillation with its sizes.
The new C500 Canisters contain carbon filter and bacterial filter to prevent wound exudate odor. It is unbreakable, unopened and does not drain the liquid inside. Thanks to the liquid gelling pack inside, the movement of exudate in the canister is prevented. It is adaptable with all Confort wound closure sets. It is for single use only and available in 500ml or 1000ml liquid capacity.
STANDARD WOUND CLOSURE SETS
Vacuum Assisted Closure Sets consist of Hydrophobic Medical Foam, Vacuum Pad and Drape. It is compatible with Confort Npwt C300, 300 TS and 500 Therapy Units. It is used with Continuous and Intermittent Therapy Modes. Standard closure sets are produced in 3 different sizes according to the sizes of Medical Foams.
